Allows the player to convert placed items into statics, and converts many movable statics into items.

This mod has two defining features.
The first, is the ability to convert items into statics by pressing the end key, which brings up a prompt asking you if you want to convert items into statics, as well as statics into items. This solves the issue of items falling through the objects they're on top of, and is easily reversible.
The second, is that many movable statics have been made into items. Ever wanted to pick up a traffic cone, a skeleton, or a tire? Now you can. Even better, they can be deconstructed for components.
