What this mod does:
Adding 40 small, compact settlements around the Commonwealth.

If you can use "bUseCombinedObjects=0" under "[GENERAL]" in your Fallout4.ini. This solves problems with scrapping.

1.5: The workbench at the pier shack is now under water
1.4 Cleaned up some settlements (E.g. Concord and Red Rocket) so users with scrapping issues won't have to scrap anymore. Also removed some map markers because they cluttered the map

What this mod does:
40 small sized houses around the commonwealth can be used as settlements
The idea is to use them to easily store companions so they can be easily found around or to use it for player homes.
Remember: Creating settlements in the CS is hard work and not all locations will work for every player.
Beacon Street Shop
Location: Near Diamond City. Follow the super mutant battle point down the road
Notes: If you want to place a bed you might go up the staircase in the back. Since most of the staircase belongs to the same cell as Hangman's Alley it can't be used. The actual workbench is located on the top of the building out of aesthetic reasons.
Inner City Garage
Location: West of Hallucigen Inc.
Playground Garage
Location: Beacon Hill Playground (The one with the Yao-Guai)
Fens Camp
Location: The small unoccupied camp near Diamond City and its parking grounds
Diamond City Red Rocket
Location: Well It's right there outside.
Evans Way Office
Location: Between the Diamond City parking space and the raider camp. You'll get in through stairwells.
Notes: The workbench is located a floor below. Is in-game sometimes called "Fens Evans Way Cul de Sac"
Fens Shop
Location: The shop contained in the Diamond City Wall itself. Near the fighting point between the Mutants and the Guards.
NHM Trains
Location: At the NHM Freight Depot. (That's Hancocks secret warehouse)
Notes: The workbench is located by the wall of the warehouse. Only the trains are usable however.
Bridgeway Garage
Location: Opposite of the Holy Mission Congregation
South Alley Garage
Location: Walk south of Bunker HIll and then turn right.
Pier Shack and Warehouse
Location: Walk south of Bunker HIll and then turn right.
Notes: A cabin and a warehouse on the east pier.
Location: The restrooms on the foot of the hill of Kingsport Lighthouse.
Location: Near the Nahant Red Rocket
Notes: Very small building space
Location: Near the Nahant Red Rocket
Notes: Has some space in the backyard
Location: The neighboring one to Croup Manor
Nahant Beach House
Location: The other one
Nahant Oceanological Society
Location: Outside, the attic of the building
Notes: It might be hard for NPCs to get up the stairs outside. Travelling back and forth solves the issue.
Ocean Fishing Shack
Location: An island that can be seen from Kingsport Lighthouse
Notes: The boat to travel there is located at the beach.
Concord House
Location: If you walk from Red Rocket down the street.
Ranger Cabin
Location: Around Sanctuary
Waystation
Location: South of Oberland Station.
Railroad Maintenance Shed
Location: Near Fairline Hill Estates.
Notes: There's a tough enemy to fight.
Whipped Shipping Container
Location: South of drumlin Diner
Notes: Near Elm Brook Bunker and Tanners Brook House.
Notes: Includes a patrolling police protectron
Location: West of Medford Memorial Hospital
Notes: There might be some unfriendly robots there at first
Location: South of Drumlin Diner
Location: South of Drumlin Diner (Near Tanners Brook House)
Location: Two separate houses on the Fairline Hill Estates ground. To unlock those you have to walk in the room with the ghouls.
Location: The one we all know and love. The abandoned grocery near Boston and Chestnut Hillock Reservoir
Old Gullet Sinkhole
Location: The house in Old Gullet Sinkhole. You need to get in it from the inside first.
Island Shack
Location: South of Egret Tours Marina
Notes: It's actually a half-island
Location: West of Murkywater Construction Site
Notes: Consists of two separate houses and one cabin
Snipers Nest
Location: Somewhere in the Swamp
Quincy Lighthouse
Location: East of Poseidon Energy
