No more exploding sandbags and steel bollards that break if you just look at them. I get the alternate universe thing, but objects built for strength and protection being the most fragile, I don't get this at all...
Want one but not the other? Use FO4Edit.
Installation: 1. Drop contents into Data directory. 2. Enable mod.
Load Order: Must come after Scrap Everything as Scrap Everything assigns a name "Destroyed Bollard" to the steel bollards.
