It's still in early alpha stages. I'm defining list of items to edit finding out what could and what couldn't be done in FO4Edit, until there is no CS.
I'm opened for any other changes that you may have in mind but don't have skills or motivation to do yourself. But I won't aim on doing UBER OP CHEAT things, so keep it in mind ;P

If you did already grabbed UP77 it won't be changed as it generates based on leveled list, so open console and type "player.additem 0023E5EE" new version will be added to your inventory, new one in her respective room though should spawn correctly(report it if I'm wrong).

TO DO:
Make Nucleostrictive Upgrade Independent DONE
Change Nucleostrictive bonus to regen fusion core power when under radiation effect, higher radiation - higher regen, if you read scientific logs in a lab I'm sure you understand why *NO SPOILERS SRY ;P* (doubt I can make this w\o CS)
Change UP77 Prototype ammo consumption rate, to be 1 fusion cell for 10 shots (rate could be adjusted more or less when I find out how to do it and reread logs in details)

Known Issues:
Animation on a workbench seems to work wrong but it does nothing to real functionality of the mod, so it last on 2DO list...
Barrel modifications that reduces ammo capacity for UP77 (pretty much all besides Short one) will reduce your magazine size and play tricks with ammo counter but each cell will still be good for exactly 500 shots.

Change Log:
0.2a
There is separate workbench now for crafting your "prototype needs" (under crafting section for your settlement edit), there is now 4 variants of PA Upgrade there as in vanilla leveled list wih 0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4 magnitudes respectively, UP77 now utilizes special ammo type (UP77 Prototype Fusion Cells) one cell holds 500 shoots made of Nuclear Material and as well crafted on prototype workbench
0.1a Intial Release
Adds Independent Module for "Nucleostrictive Upgrade" to be crafted at Chem Station (It pretty much cheats your way to get it now, I doubt I can add it to quest rewards now but I'll try to see if I can make it a holotape inside one of the lab's terminals)
