Just to clear things, english is not my main language, so there might be some errors below.

Four bats: 
MGInstant will 'Break' the minigames (one word hacking, 100% pickpocket chance, just rotate lockpick...);
MGEasy make the minigames easier (less words when hacking, more chance to pickpocket, bigger sweet spot);
MGNormal will revert back to Default Difficult;
MGHard will make things harder than default (more words, less chance to pickpocket, smaller sweet spot, use it if you like to suffer...).

Note: The No PickPocket version only changes hacking and Lockpick.

Install:
Place 'MGInstant.txt','MGEasy.txt', 'MGNormal.txt' and 'MGHard.txt' in your fallout4 directory, where your Fallout4.exe is located;
In game open the console (Default key '~') and type 'bat <File>', Ex: 'bat MGEasy'  (Whithout ' ,not case sensitive by the way...);
Save your game;
The changes will save with your current game, meaning you only need to do this once per Character.

Edit: When i've unlocked Valentine's perk 'Close to Metal', it seems the hacking minigame settings were reseted, so you may need to re-apply the bat when you encounter items in the game that affects one or more of the minigames.

Uninstall:
In game open the console (Default key '~') and type 'bat MGNormal'(Whithout ') to make Pickpocket, hacking and Lockpicking Normal Again;
Save your game;
Go to your Fallout4 directory, where your fallout4.exe is and delete 'MGInstant.txt','MGEasy.txt', 'MGNormal.txt' and 'MGHard.txt'.

Changelog:
1.1 Added 'iHackingMinWords'(players using the hard file are going to notice changes...) and Alternative files that Doesn't change Pickpocket.

You don't need to close your Fallout to install or Uninstall and you can change the file name if you want, just remember to type 'bat <new name>' in the console.

And if you want to make your own difficult, you can open any of the .txt file and change the values yourself, it's pretty easy.
