Vanilla game has only few scavengers, you mostly see them in random encounters although world should be full of them. This mod adds scavengers all around places, including Far Harbor. Unfortunately for you they might have taken some good locations already you'd like to loot...

Vanilla game has only few scavengers, you mostly see them in random encounters although world should be full of them. This mod adds scavengers all around places, including Far Harbor. Unfortunately for you they might have taken some good locations already you'd like to loot...
Most of scavengers are neutral, some of them even are preparing to make their own settlements in certain places but some of them want to protect loot they have found. It's your choice to yield or not when loots are in stake.
If you plan killing scavengers for the loot they try to keep remember it might be good idea to have scavengers on your side - they can be extra help in some quests and encounters.
This mod is at its best together with Lowmeds mod. I did this as separate mod because with low-end PCs running this mod game can slow down a lot, due to "more action around". For example raiders fighting with scavengers around downtown for supremacy.
