Adds a series of bat files (For now until scripting and creation kit is released) that allow you to change the weather on command.

Adds a series of bat files (For now until scripting and creation kit is released) that allow you to change the weather on command.
[Instalation]
Drag and drop all the files in the archive to the main fallout 4 directory (Do not change the folder structure i have made it organized for a reason)
[Usage in game]
If you installed it without removing any folders or anything in the archive all you have to do is in the console type "Bat WeatherHelp" and it will pop up with what each file is called and how to execute them in the console.
For example:
Bat WeatherHelp
then tells me that there is a file called Default in the location "Batch_Files\Weather\Default" and tells you what to type to run it. so to run this file all I do type "Bat 'Batch_Files\Weather\Default'"
