Improves some of the less useful perks in the game.
New values:
Basher 1.5/2/2.5/3x gun bashing damage
Codsworth companion perk, Damage reduction from robots with all weapon types
Ghoulish makes you absorb some Radiation damage
Live giver +35/70/100 Health
Moving Target gives DR/ER boost while running, not just sprinting
Nerd rage +100/200/300 DR while effect is active
Night person rank 3 boosts health by 30 and gives 5% damage boost at night
Rad resistant +200/400/600/800 RR
Refractor +20/40/60/80/100 ER
Toughness +20/40/60 DR
Science bobblehead and Nick's companion perk are now cumulative
Just activate in load order, that's it.
