Note: You may need to adjust the position of the workbench slightly. I use Place Everwhere.
Getting The Settlement Ready:
Scrap everything EXCEPT the roads and main footpath.
This includes getting rid of the retaining walls minus the two pieces on each side of the bridge, they are unscrapable with Scrap Everything anyway.
You should be left with only the road, footpath and those pieces of retaining walls.
Finally, make sure to give these mod authors tons of love, they are champions.
All i do is take their work and put it in a nice looking format.
