VAL'S PLACE - Player Home
There is no key, cost or quest. The stairs are on the 2nd floor above Kill or Be Killed and Daisy's in Good Neighbor.
IS COMPATIBLE WITH BETTER GOODNEIGHBOR. Will not hinder Quests in GoodNeighbor.
THIS IS A SMALL PERSONAL MOD I wanted to share with friends and it is my 1st. I am so thankful for all the positive feedback so far I can't wait to try another. Thank you!
REQUIREMENTS
• ALL DLC
while I can not say you can not enjoy it without the DLC, there are parts that I know require it and some items may not show or end up missing
FEATURES
• Small crafting area
• Awesome clutter and some new shiny textures
• Vault 111 Steamer Trunk for Personal Storage
• Barber Chair
• Working Light Switches
• Working Shower Effect
GENERAL OTHER STUFF
• House has day and night cycle, so it's darker at night
• Navmeshed for your friend's convenience
• It's a small place I tried to keep as LORE FRIENDLY as possible. There are little things about the home that can be taken for personal use but most is static.
Items taken will not reappear except plantlife but it will take time.
:: MOST OF THE ITEMS IS STATIC. YOU WON'T GAIN ANY LOOT BY INSTALLING THIS. Template::
There are a few recipes and small items, but that's it, you don't gain any advantage in installing this.
RECOMMENDED MODS
Not necessary, but they will make the house look as intended.
