About this mod

Adds the meltdown perk that activates at level 16 if you have at least one rank of Physicist.
Foes killed by your Energy Weapons can emit a corona of harmful energy. (Note: May cause a chain reaction) Toggles on while sneaking and off when walking/running. 40 base damage increasing to 60/120/240 at levels 16/24/35/50

Permissions and credits
Adds Meltdown starting at level 16 if you have at least one rank of Physicist, functions ALMOST but not quite like it did in Fallout New
Vegas.
Foes killed by your Energy Weapons can emit a corona of harmful energy. (Note: May cause a chain reaction) Toggles on while
sneaking and off when walking/running.
Adds its own hidden perk to the player that checks you have at least one level of Physicist, compatible with any mod that edits Physicist in any way as long as it doesn't replace it with another perk.

Non hostile targets take no damage including companions.
Player takes 25% damage from meltdown explosion due to it being effected by the same bug that allows turrets to bypass player armour.
Damage of Explosion 40/60/120/240 at levels 16/24/35/50
Meltdown kills provide bonus XP of (Mob current Level*3)+10, normal mob xp is around mob level * 1.5. If mobs have been tagged with enough damage they will also give normal XP on top. This is the Intelligence version of Idiot Savant.


Important differences between Fallout NV and FO4 Versions.

1.Requires a energy weapon with keywords Laser/Plasma/AlienBlaster/Gatling/cryo/Gammagun/flamer.

2.When sneaking meltdown will activate on melee... so be careful don't use weapon bash unless you want an explosion with an energy weapon while sneaking.

Known Bugs and "features"
1.Wont trigger on Plasma grenades and the like... the engine just refuses to consider them despite me putting their keywords in the accepted list.

2.Sometimes a mob will explode a second time if hit by another meltdown explosion in half a second or so after killed by the player from a weapon hit.

3.Sometimes the engine will override meltdown when detaching body parts such as head shots, engine limitation.
