This Sanctuary Hills Blueprint requires no mods, only the official DLCs. I tried to develop Sanctuary a little while still leaving room for player agency and building. This is my first Blueprint so let me know if the settlement imports in an odd fashion. I used the vanilla build limit to its max, so I recommend that you get a mod that raises it.

Version V1
First Release
I recommend you pick up a build limit remover so you can add your personal touches. Also I decided to not build the Recruitment Radio Beacon as part of the Blueprint, I felt it best to let settlers wander into your Sanctuary at your will, not the Blueprints.
