This text-file is simply to drop the perk-magazines US Covert Operations for you to pick up. As such you need to open console to run this file. Simply type: bat Covert The magazines will spawn so you can pick them up. Drop the text-file into the main folder of your game.

This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
The text-file uses the player.placeatme command to spawn the magazines where you stand. Example; player.placeatme 0008e737 1 will drop Whistling in the Dark that you'll find at the Switchboard. The reason I made this file was for easy access to the magazines at start of a new game. When you run this file, it'll spawn all US Covert Operation magazines where you stand.
