Very quick texture I did that replaces the Amber eye color with Dragon looking eyes. Just got the dds plugin for Photoshop and wanted to test it out, this is what I made :)

Installation
Extract the textures folder into your Fallout 4 Data folder
Edit your Fallout4.ini file in Documents/My Games/Fallout4/
Edit this line to say:
[Archive]
sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\, TEXTURES\, SOUND\
