Makes the dresses playable, fixes the first person view while crouched, armor mod & weave support

I really liked these dresses, but they were hecked up. So, I un-hecked them. Enjoy.
List of changes:
v1.0
1. Removed the un-playable flags, they will now show up in your inventory and you can equip and un-equip at your leisure.
2. Fixed the dresses from turning into an unholy fabric monstrosity and consuming your view while crouching in first person or sitting in a chair.
3. Renamed the dresses to have the corresponding color's name on the end. For sanity's sake.
4. Made it so you can wear armor mods on top of the dresses. (If you are using an overhaul that does this already, I recommend putting my mod after it in your load order, just incase.)

Obtaining the Dresses:
They are not in any loot table, so you must use the console to acquire them or download the provided BAT file.
YELLOW - player.additem 00156D02 1
PINK - player.additem 002075BC 1
BLUE - player.additem 002075BD 1
Additional Notes:
This will be my first FO4 mod, if you encounter any issues please let me know. I am unsure if these dresses have a unique model for men and I don't have a male save yet so I have not tested it with them. Once the GECK is out, I will consider putting these in a chest somewhere for convience. I made this with FO4Edit. The pip-boy retexture in screenshots is BurnBomber's Nuka Cola Quantum.
