Im no texture artist :)
Simple change to military fatigues, makes them dark grey.
Hue, Saturation, Lightness edit.

Used BAE F4 to extract the texture files.
Used GIMP to edit.
Used GIMP dds plug to read texture file.

Armour is from Combat Armour Recolours.

Couldnt find a dark re-tex of the Military Fatigues and like the +2 Agility for stealth (Plus I'm old and slow so I'm a V.A.T.S. spammer)
