A small fortified settlement with ample water and defense for minutemen presence in Murkwater settlement. 

I created this with Transfer Settlements 1.46

You do not need to scrap anything but a few trees and even then you could save, import, check which trees if you wish to only scrap some trees and then load scrap what you noticed needs to be scrapped and then import again. Clear out all hostiles before starting. To start Activate the settings Transfer settlements in your pipboy. 
I recommend turning AIs off in settings during import. The preset for the quick import is what i use for importing so it should work on a simple under 500 settlement like this one. This settlement is so low on objects it should be a very fast import and should NOT crash at all. If it does its most likely another mod causing a crash the settlement workshops in fallout 4 are very fragile and easily broken. Adding mods to place new things into the workshop always is a risk even if its a simple painting.

After the import is successful travel away for 3 or so in-game days to let it stabilize properly.  Do NOT attempt to build or scrap anything immediately after or during import this may cause issues.

Yes i know there is a evil skeleton that refuses to co-operate with the settlement, it is beyond my control sadly.
