Change the default automatron from a protectron to an assaultron.

This mod will change the default "automatron" you can create at the robot workbench from a naked protectron to a fully outfitted assaultron. For balance's sake it also updates the cost you pay to create the robot to the full cost of all the assaultron's installed components.
The main reason I made this mod is the automatron reset bug. This bug will occasionally reset automatrons that have been assigned as provisioners back to their "default" state. This leaves them completely defenseless, equipped with standard protectron parts and no armor or weapons. By turning the default automatron into a fully equipped assaultron the reset won't leave them defenseless, and in fact if you don't change their new default parts you won't notice that they have been affected at all.
