Gives the Institute rifle a deep firing-sound (like the laser rifle) in V.A.T.S. critical or any other slow-motion mode. This seems to be missing in vanilla, seeing as the Institute pistol has a deep slow-mo sound anyway.
Uses an esp plugin which functions as an esl.

For some reason, the Institute rifle doesn't make the same, deep sound of the Institute pistol or various other laser weaponry (or even the radium rifle) in V.A.T.S. critical or other slow-motion modes. Instead of that epic, 'badoom'-like sound that we get in slow-mo with those weapons, the Institute rifle (not pistol) uses its standard/real-time firing sound, which sounds rather lame then.
After checking through the Creation Kit, I discovered that there's a change in the V.A.T.S. threshold of the Institute rifle, and that it lacks a V.A.T.S. firing sound. This mod adds those sounds.
(If you really want to hear the difference, use Jet or fire a critical V.A.T.S.-shot with the Institute rifle without this mod. Chances are that it won't sound slow-mo like most other weapons. Now install this mod and try it again.)

Install manually or with a mod manager. This esp plugin doesn't take up an esp slot in your load order.
Shouldn't conflict with anything other than weapon sound modifications to the Institute rifle.
