UPDATE 3.0 : Cleaned in xEdit so there shouldn't be any issues with Sanctuary.
EDIT : Edit : HOLY DADDY EDIT : I have now learned how to make crafting so it can be cobbled together at a chemistry station with duct tape, leather and cloth ( The dads tried other stations and it always failed, wonder why.)
