This is my first mod so please be nice. This karambit has been modeled using 3ds max 2016, I am a half decent modeller I guess but the problem here is the UV map. It is an auto generated one by 3ds max so don't expect the best texturing unless you want to unwrap it yourself and unwrap it. The file comes in fbx format. I have not textured it, so I leave it to you, modders!
