I can get a decent 20-30 FPS with this mod in exteriors, and 10-20 on Interiors I think? (Values from observation, not using software.)
The game still looks decent, but certain effects have been turned off such as God Rays and Depth of Field. No Anti-Aliasing or Anisotropy enabled either. Shadows are a lower resolution but in gameplay it still looks sharp enough to pass. Any feedback is welcome, this is my first time uploading a file.
It's actually a long list of mods made to Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini. Some from experimentation, some from forum posts. Some tweaks like Mouse Acceleration and such have also been included, so it's not generally graphics based.
To install, backup the files in C:/Users/[USERNAME]/My Documents/my games/Fallout4 and replace with those in the zip.
