Replaces the cash register noise from gaining exp to the reading rainbow transition sound.
If you haven't already, here's how to enable modding:
1. Open Fallout4Prefs.ini (Documents/My Games/Fallout4)
2. Add "bEnableFileSelection=1" at the bottom of the section marked [Launcher]
3. Open Fallout4.ini
4. Replace "sResourceDataDirsFine=STRINGS\" with "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MUSIC\, SOUND\, INTERFACE\, MESHES\, PROGRAMS\, MATERIALS\, LODSETTINGS\, VIS\, MISC\, SCRIPTS\, SHADERSFX\"
