It is a simple mod to replace the 24 random female settlers that arrive at settlements with radio beacon, only replacement, does not add new settlers.
They are not "pretty women" really, they are ordinary women, with a more ... friendly face than the orcs of the original game, just that, normal women, I have used very little makeup, any woman blushes and paints her lips and the eyes, nothing more.
This mod can be combined with other mods such as Better Settlers for example, it only replaces the original female settlers, you can load this mod after Better Settler (in this example), and you will get the new BS settlers along with my replacement settlers.
Requirements (Necessary or you will obtain CTD):
Mischairstyle and Morehairstyles male & Female (Search in Google -> Mischairstyles 1.6)

The plugins that you should have (with the original names of each mod) are these:
Edit: 20/05/2018: Added at the request of several users, alternative version of the same mod but "without master files", for people who need to merge the plugins required by the mod.
When I have something more time I will make a version with less mods as a requirement, for now this version should relieve some users that have many plugins installed.
Note: There are tutorials to know how to merge plugins, for less advanced people you have a tool here in Nexus, "Merge Plugins" is called, with it you can merge the plugins that this mod requires in only 1, or you can use FO4Edit too, if you know how to do it .
Recommended to obtain the same results of the screens, they are not mandatory installation, but its installation is recommended:
