Explosions, including car explosions ignores LoS, basically explosion can affect enemies behind a paper-thin wall, and some improvements

Explosions now affect enemies behind a wall, as long as they are in radius. this includes car explosions and enemies' explosives as well. I suggest you start running if you see a grenade incoming.
Mini Nukes and Missile are modifies as well, now you probably have to take out anyone with heavy explosive launcher if you want to live.
I increased the damage of Mini Nuke explosion by 100, because a nuclear warhead should not be weaker than .50MG. Also I increased the damage of Molotov Cocktail as well.
None of the DLC explosions are affected, if any.
