By request, here is a save game of my character, Dala. Level one, starts off in vault 111 before the second character creation screen so you can make any adjustments to her appearance as you see fit.

By request, here is a save game of my character, Dala, named for yours truly here on the Nexus.
This save file is at Level one, and it starts off in vault 111 before the second character creation screen so you can make any adjustments to her appearance as you see fit. If you wish to respec or rename her, hit "~" then type showspecialmenu, that will bring up the SPECIAL Menu, and allow you to change whatever you like. If you wish to change her features at all, open console command, left click on your character put in "slm 14" to adjust her features.
To install, simply unpack the file, and drop the save into your game folder. should be something like my documents/my games/fallout 4/Saves.
Manual installation is advised.

UPDATE: By request, I have uploaded a save of the same character in pre-war sanctuary hills, this time with black hair. A couple of notes on why I have included this change. (spoilers ahead) Shaun, as a synth child, takes after his mum when it comes to hair and eye color. With a red headed female character, that makes for a red-headed synth son. If you choose to destroy the institute, you may end up with a synth version of ten year old Shaun living at your settlement of choice with you. You'll notice if you select Shaun, and try to change his hair color with slm, it will snap back to the original color. The workaround I have found for this is to make a female character with the hair color you want your synth son to have, and don't change your hair color (not even through slm) until you make it to diamond city and sit down with the barber. Then you can change your hair color.
Is it an oddly minute detail to get hung up on? Yes, it is. But if you're like me and for whatever reason the idea of having a synth son with the wrong hair color bothers you, this is one way to fix that.
In the luna file, its very probable Nate and Nora will be wearing a tuxedo and sequin dress. This was just a mesh swap, and if you want to change it, use this mod by Silveryte http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1747 or http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1783 for a male version
