Adds hyperstatial deterritorialization and planetary death to Fallout 4

This makes the game run much smoother and faster. It also makes the game 10x better and drastically overhauls your experience, meaning that if you install this mod Fallout 4 might actually be a good game lol.

The painting can be found under decorations/wall decorations/paintings (pretty obvious)
