Okay so maybe the name is just so I can call it PPPIE
Anyway, this is a simple mod, I always thought the Pie was funny given its ABSURD rarity, and thought mods making it easier to get were kind of spoiling the joke. But the fact that its just a incredibly average food item was always a little disappointing, probably part of the joke, but still.
I decided to make it into a better version of "NukaCide" where you get a massive but slow healing effect (effectively giving you temporary health regen) the pie will heal 6000 HP, over 10 minutes.
