Description
Do you feel like T45 and T51 power armor aren't used by the NPCs, more likely, where is the "older" power armors from the Brotherhood?
The newest version should change the distribution of power armors among the Brotherhood of Steel soldiers according to his rank, like this: Knight: T45d, Paladin T51b, Star Paladin T60b.

Installation
Simply drag and drop the esp file in data folder or download with NMM/MO.
Issue?
You need to make every BoS in a Power Armor reset their inventories, simply by open the console, click on them and digit resurrect, new saves doesn't need to do this. Wait 6~10 days so the mod can work properly.
Looted PA pieces from BoS soldiers can't be repaired for an unknown reason.
Uses
In future, people can make new Power Armor and use my mod as base for Overhaul mods and etc, infinite possibilities in the end.
