You know those funky little posts at Starlight Drive-in? The ones you can knock over by bumping into them?

What kind of bollard breaks that easy? This mod makes these bollards into static objects that won't break.

Take note that this modifies all of this kind of bollard, and thus anywhere else this bollard is used will also now be static.
Please tell me if this makes any areas inaccessible!

Additionally, this is the first mod I've ever released. I hope this helps out everyone who's been annoyed by those damn posts like I have!
