This mod adds several new detailed dungeons and Quests to explore. It is mainly a Quest mod, but does reward the player with a  moderate size player home in the end. This mod focuses on expanding the lore of the Gunners Mercenary group and the General Atomics International company. The Gunners were a heavily under-rated faction in my opinion, so this mod is my own personal flavor of there origins. Also, Fallout seemed to focus on RobCo in the past, however not much lore surrounded the General Atomics Company, aside from them being the creator of the Mr. Handy Robot. Keep an eye open for Terminals/Holotapes while exploring the new areas to get a unique back story. Once completed, the player will have a moderate size estate which has its own personal Fallout Shelter built underneath it. So whether you prefer a house style player home or bunker style player home, this mod includes both. The home also includes several interactive features including: light switches, unique faction flag decoration options, a PA system to play any of the three main Radio Stations throughout the bunker and home, plenty of displays and storage etc.... Please refer to the "Features" section for a more in-depth review of each feature. The mod was created with compatibility in mind so there is only minimal changes to the Commonwealth to ensure there are little to no mod conflicts.

To start the quest, look on the desk for a folder in the office area in the "Back Alley Bowling" building located at the General Atomics Galleria.
