Well someone asked for my savegame of Sanctuary so here it is.
Right before taking a side after reunions.
huge sanctuary setup, 3 big buildings 2 connected by a giant bridge, 1 special garage of power armors Ironmanlike, 1 fancy lights setup

26.11.2015 edit: Added 2 new extra savegames, last one contains all power armors modified with jetpack, all weapons upgraded, special combat armor upgraded at max; sided with BoS mainly, but quest for other factions were also completed, latest savegame is in sanctuary with questline right before infiltrating the Institute (with help of BoS). Use savegame2 if you want to take side with Minuteman/Railroad; all saves have the Prydwen quest completed properly so you won't glitch out with flying vertibirds.
