Basically gave the Brotherhood more weapons to play with besides the Laser Gun/Minigun/Missile Launcher and Gatling Laser.

BoS Scribes can now spawn with 10mm Pistols/.44 Pistols and Combat Shotgun.
BoS Soldiers can now spawn with Combat Rifles/Assault Rifles/Plasma Guns/Gauss Rifles.

Just didn't feel right that nearly every BoS NPC has Laser Guns as their only weapons, considering how rare pre-war tech was.
