Quite simply modifies the game's power armour "enchantment" (formID: 0003E579) such that Strength will be 15 with an extra 100 carry weight while wearing a PA frame.
This is so even a maxed out character with the bobble-head will still be less strong than metal and hydraulics, although I can't say the same for a character chem'd out of their skull, nerd raging, both, or otherwise.
I wanted to increase carrying capacity more without making melee damage (even more) ridiculous, hence the carry weight effect was used.

Requests for higher or lower Strength and carry weight increases.
Compatibility:
This mod will not be compatible with other mods that change the basic power armour frame effects.
