The Handmade Rifle is a great weapon but the mods were designed by someone with bizarre ideas about game balance. This mod removes all non Gun Nut perk requirements from those mods. There were also far too many that required rank 4 in Gun Nut, so most of those were changed to require a lower rank. Refer to the image tab to see just what was changed.
