Made the lipstick colour standalone instead of replacer
This is a standalone version of LegsKnucklesKnees' "Pin-Up Girl Red Lipstick" mod. Instead of replacing lipstick colour #15, it adds a new colour #23 (note: the LMCC edition has the colour as #46 for the vanilla lipstick and various numbers for the various LMCC additions the colour has also been added to). The below is the description from the original mod:
Pin-Up Girl Cherry Red Lipstick
Introducing a simple mod that replaces lipstick #15 (brownish red) with a cherry red lipstick reminiscent of the classic 1950's pin-up girls. Why this was not included in the base game, I'll never understand.

There is also a Looks Menu Customization Compendium compatible edition now, which, in addition to added the cherry red colour to the vanilla lipstick options, also adds it to a number of the LMCC included ones. See the mod images for examples.
