An extremely detailed hunter's cabin located at Abernathy Farm.

Hunter's Cabin Includes:
A fully furnished cabin with a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and storage closet. Along with a crashed vertibird, additional trees, and a few easter eggs all located at Abernathy Farm.

Several years before the events of Fallout 4 back when the Abernathy kids were still youngsters, a lone vertibird flew over the farm scanning the Commonwealth for information in order to aid the Brotherhood of Steel. It had been stormy all through the night and by the time the vertibird grew near, a nasty rad storm had picked up.
This particular vertibird and its crew had earned themselves the title "The Butcher" due to the amount of kills they racked up together. A rad storm like this was nothing new to them and so, they thought little of it. That night it was just the pilot, Aaron, and his best friend/gunner to the craft, Eddie. Apart from the weather, the flight had been dull and thus the two downed a few drinks to ease the tension in the stormy air. However, even with their experience, it clouded their judgement.
After flying far too close to the transmission towers surrounding Abernathy Farm, the duo's luck finally came to end. Just like the swift crack of a whip, a large bolt of lighting struck the nearest tower and the craft, bringing down both the vertibird and its crew.
Aaron eventually awoke to unfamiliar faces. They were those of Mr. and Mrs. Abernathy, who and pulled him from the wreck and nursed him back to health. He never expected to see the light of day again but, perhaps his luck had not run out after all. Unfortunately for him, the same could not be said for his friend Eddie.
Crushed by the loss of his companion, Aaron knew he could not return to the Brotherhood. Yet, he had no other place to go. Unwilling to watch him suffer alone, the Abernathy's offered him help getting back on his feet and a plot of land at the bottom of the hill for when he was well again. Within a year, the pilot had built up a cabin of his own, and did his best to return the life saving favor the Abernathy's had given him by living out the rest of his days as a hunter, giving them most of what he caught.
Several Years Later - It's unknown what finally became of the pilot. According to the Abernathy's, one day he just never returned...

Before importing the settlement via the "Transfer Settlements" mod, you'll want to make sure that all of the vanilla settlement objects are still there. If not, you can always add them back using the the mod during the import.
How To Use:

This settment is complete in my eyes, but I've made sure to leave plenty of room between the cabin and the farm for those who want to expand upon the settlement even further.
-Be sure to reconnect all wires to get the lights working again. Color wise, I set all of mine to the third orange setting to make the cabin feel a bit more warm and cozy. That being said, feel free to do the same or mix it up a bit if that's your thing.
