-Increased the number of hats to 125 each, 2000 hats in total.-Added armor mods, available at the armor workbench, can be used together:
- Lead lining: +20 rad resist. (Needs 2 adhesive, 2 lead, armorer level 1)
- Ballistic weave: +20 damage, +20 energy resist . (Needs 2 adhesive, 3 anti-ballistic fiber, 2 fiberglass, armorer level 1, ballistic weave perk)
-Fixed some specular maps, the kids and swirl hats were too shiny.
-Hats are now without a string.

Here are some retextures for the amazing Party Hat by Eli. Its not standalone yet, I need permission for that.
Lilly's voice was made using ingame dialogue and Morphvox. Textures were handcrafted with various stock material.
Was planning to make a little quest, but ran into difficulties. Doors wouldn't lock and actors would disobey my orders. Scripting is somewhat complicated perhaps. So now this is just a shop. I did create a little backstory with notes.
Contents- Kids Hat Collection (6x).
- Original Hat Collection (5x).
- Swirly Hat Collection (5x).
- Clean 2K bed texture.
- Custom shop (discovery, fast travel, navmeshed).
- Custom vendor Lilly. Has idles sleeping, sitting and sweeping. She trades between 8:00 and 22:00.
- 1 magazine 'Swing' with Hot Stepper perk (+2 damage reduction).
All hats give +2 charisma, +2 perception. Base value: 5 caps.
They use the headband slot.
RequiredElianora's Party HatInstructions- Install with NMM.
- Go to Vault 111.
- There's a note in the overseer's office, next to Elianora's hat if you haven't taken it already.
- Pick it up and your map will be updated.
Known issuesDogmeat floating inside the floor. Could be my questionable construction methods. He'll find his way out, when you leave.

Q&AQ: Can these be used on npcs?
A: Yes, humans, ghouls and synths only. Dogs, robots etc. would need a nif edit. And I don't own the model.
Q: The stats are too low!
A: I wanted to keep it balanced. Ok, if you MUST: Open the .esp in FO4edit. Object Effect -> 010091CF -> In the right window go to Effects, change Magnitude. Save.
Q: Will you make the hats craftable?
A: Not sure. Probably not, because the shop would have no purpose. Lemme think about it.
Q: There's an empty shelve?
A: For future expansions. I'm thinking fine leather hats perhaps.
