Fixes the BOS Uniform not displaying correctly in power armour frames

Just fixes road leathers displaying instead of the brotherhood uniform when you get into power armour with the uniform equipped. I couldn't find anything that fixed this around, so I looked into it myself and it turned out to be an easy fix. It may already be included in the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch, but I don't use it.
To install, download with manager or just drag and drop into your data folder.
