About this mod

Adjustments to costs and requirements for placing Sim Settlement plots. You start with a limited about of free sensors, plots require more resources and advanced plots require perks.

This mod acts as a balance patch for Sim Settlements. The goal is to create restrictions to slow down settlement progression. It is primarily aimed at balancing the early game experience, so it will have minimal effect on characters who have already created settlements with Sim Settlements.

This was designed to work with my Lunar Fallout Overhaul, but I'm posting it separately as I could see it being useful for others. If you want to use Sim Settlements to avoid building, but don't want everything handed to you, this might be for you.

Details:
-ASAM Sensor boxes contain 4 instead of 25 sensors. You will find enough in the Concord Museum to get you started, but will have to build your own soon after.

-Commercial plots require Local Leader rank 1

-Industrial plots require Local Leader rank 1

-Advanced Industrial plots require Local leader rank 2

-The material cost to build plots has been increased to better match the cost if you were to build them yourself. Foundation, walls, furniture... all calculated to represent a fair estimate per plot type. Agriculture requires fertilizer. Residential requires cloth for a bed. Commercial requires caps for the initial investment. The logic is that you are putting down the foundation as well as some basic building materials to get the plot started.

Requires Sim Settlements only, but is compatible with the Industrial Revolution expansion (those plots are handled in the main mod files). Will not conflict with Sim Settlement mods that add new buildings as this does not make changes to plots themselves, just the recipes to place them.
