Changes the Legendary weapon effect "Medic" to affect all targets, not just allys.

Permissions and credits
All i did was remove the "faction >=2" from the heal effect legendary. Super simple 1 minute mod. I was annoyed that the medic effect only worked on followers or other ally's. But i wanted it to affect anyone, even enemies. It's not stronger or anything like that.

I give no guarantees, i don't know what happens if it hits robots or anything like that. It acts like a stimpack according to the creation kit. I don't know if it will crash if it hits ____ enemy. I doubt it would though.

It doesn't cause aggro or do damage.
My testing involves changing the mod, and then hitting a feral ghoul with a buttstock and then shooting it with my medic's gun. And it healed right up. And has a slight heal-over-time after affect like a stim would.

Installation: Put the testmedic.esp into your Data\ Folder, and then check it in your mod manager. To remove it, just uncheck it, delete the esp, and done.

Why did i make this? To heal random hurt NPCs such as wandering BoS or caravaners. But also to heal random enemies that i use as target practice.

Anyone can take and do with this file as they please.
