Stouker Concussion Rifle

Description
===========

When Kyle Katarn needed some more firepower, he used a second Bryar Pistol. But also he used the Stouker Concussion Rifle, a rather beefy piece of hardware typically used by Trandoshan mercenaries. While a bit slow to fire, with a bit of a slow projectile, the rifle made up for it by being one of the more powerful weapons in Kyle's arsenal, and now you can has it too!

The rifle comes with custom meshes, textures and sounds, and a fair contingent of mods, those being:

3 receivers
2 stocks
2 holosights
4 barrels
2 firing modes
2 ammo conversions

The rifle is also quite potent out of the box, doing a base of 100 physical damage. Yes, no energy here brah, as the Stouker is a straight-up sonic weapon, delivering a delightful shockwave on anyone who's dumb enough to be in front of the barrel. When the projectile hits and explodes, it creates a powerful shockwave that'll literally throw just about anyone close enough to it into the air. Placing the damage upgrading receivers on it will make it all the more destructive too.

Now, I'm sure you're wondering, "what the eff is this 'firing mode' mod?" Well, son, the Stouker can deliver its concussive wonder in two ways. The first way is the standard concussive blast, which'll send anyone it hits sailing into the air. The second way is a concentrated concussive beam, which eliminates the AOE effect and allows you to selectively blow twerps away or operate in closer quarters, without risking blowing yourself up or your buds. The concussion beam is a bit more powerful than the blast, but it makes the Stouker kick like a very cross donkey.

The Stouker can also be converted to use plasma cartridges, away from its standard Power Cell ammunition (which can be crafted at a Chem Lab, under the STOUKER category). Doing so will reduce the rifle's capacity, which is normally 25 shots.

How to Get
===========

The Stouker is script-leveled on Synths and Synth Coursers, turning up around level 20. A freebie is also tucked away somewhere in University Point. They Stouker's also been parsed to a couple Legendary lists, so it has a chance of turning up on Legendary enemies.

Installation
==========

Download with NMM or manually. If going the former route, install as you normally would with NMM. If installing manually, extract the contents of the zip file to your Data folder, then activate the mod either with a mod organizer or via the in-game menu.

Uninstallation
============

Untick the mod via the in-game menu or a mod organizer, and delete the StoukerRifle files from your Data folder if you want it totally gone.

Known Issues
============

There's some clippage with the stocks, but considering the gun's size, "correcting" this would end up making it look...rather weird back there.

The gun can and will bowl you over if you're too close to the explosion. I did try to make the effect not bother the player, but currently it doesn't seem to really work. Be EXTRA careful when using the gun in VATS, as it'll very likely bork the camera if you get ragdolled while VATSing.
