UPDATE - V1.1 Added Travellers Leather Coat, +20 Carry Capacity, Ballistic Weave unlocked, added it to the Root Cellar in Sanctuary Hills

Adds +20 Carry Weight to all Brotherhood Fatigues, Fieldscribes Armor and the Postmans Uniform, also unlocks Ballistic Weave to these outfits and upgrades their stats slightly.
