Laser Bolt FX Fallout 4 edition
by Skibadaa to really give it that Star Wars feel (Guns use institute colours so keep colours default when prompted)

Changelog

- removed redundant files
- removed projectile override on all weapons

1.1.1 - Added in DC-17
- Added in small Tibanna gas cartridge for DC-17
- Changed Tibanna Gas to use fusion core mechanics

1.1 - added in DC-15S

1.0.1 - added in missing sound

DC-15A

The DC-15A blaster rifle was one of the standard issue weapons for clone troopers. While the use of blasters allowed a clone trooper to carry significantly more ammunition than a projectile weapon, the DC-15A weighed a heavy 9.5 pounds, and despite the weapon's size, it was not a true dedicated repeating blaster rifle; the inherent instability of plasma gas in the blasters reduced the weapon's accuracy under sustained fire.

DC-15S

Smaller in scale than the DC-15A blaster rifle, the DC-15S blaster lacks its larger cousin's range, but is easier to handle than its bulkier cousin and has a higher rate of fire.

Where to Find

weapons and Tibanna gas can be crafted at the chem station and a DC-15A can be found on the dresser of the players pre-war home in sanctuary hills. otherwise type names into console to spawn.

Installation

Extract contents of the Republic Armoury File to the data folder of Fallout 4, then activate the plugin.

Incompatibilities

- any mod that changes the colour of the default institute laser, won't break the mod but your rifle won't be firing blue.

- potentially any mod that alters the way the chem workbenches work, as this could break the recipes for crafting guns/ammo

FAQ

Q: When will this be updated?

A: Im fairly busy, but ill try to work on it when i can

Q: Your Model isn't quite right, theres supposed to be X where Y is

A: these weapons are used in many different types of media and can appear different each time, which gives me lots of references to work from. so i basically just pick the parts i like or remove the parts I don't like. that said, I try to keep it as close to the films as I can.
