Make sure your ini files have everything they should, like this one -

search for [Launcher]
under Launcher bEnableFileSelection=1

Now you can download my mod, and place it into Fallout 4/Data/
- Clean Version of X-01 + improvements
- NonSwastika German T51/60
- Outcast T-60 will be improved too
