Replace bloodbugs and stingwings with Nightstrikers by Shadowliger, and stingwings with yao-guais

This plug-in replaces bloodbugs and boatflies with Nightstrikers by Shadowliger, and stingwings with yao-guais. In other words, the leveled lists for all flying insects have replaced. Additionally, the nightstriker leveled lists were altered to remove pups, because I have a soul and killing baby nightstrikers makes me feel like a monster.
Furthermore, the amount of health of any given nightstriker has been reduced--because they're everywhere now.
A secondary version of the file will also replace radscorpions with radstags.
Note that Shadowliger's nightstriker creatures require the Far Harbor expansion pack.
