The Brotherhood of Steel is my (trigger warning) favorite faction in Fallout 4. However, I always felt that Elder Maxson looked a little too old for his age. He's 20 yet looks like a 30 year old trying to look like a 20 year old. I also wanted him to look a little more professional and like a soldier without compromising his character.
His hairstyle is the same, but now he is clean shaven. I have left all his scars that were on in the original game as, especially, the scar on the right side of his face is attached to the lore of him fighting a deathclaw.
All assets are vanilla so there is no need for any other mod to achieve this look.
