This is not the famous misinterpret faction fix, this is a new fix found by me to fix Preston Garvey looping "The institute is gone, mass murder" and make him available as your companion again.

This is not the famous misinterpret faction fix, this is a new fix found by me to fix Preston Garvey looping "The institute is gone, mass murder" and make him available as your companion again.
All you need to do is select Preston Garvey in the console and then either type "SetAV MQ302Companion 1" or put the txt file from the download section into your Fallout 4 root folder and select Preston and type "Bat Fixpre".
I posted it on the steam forums first but remembered I could post it here as a bat file too, enjoy your reclaimed companion and happy scavanging!
(Excuse the typing errors please, I'm in a rush cause I need to study French and that is just not happening with Fallout 4...)
