Description
Ever wondered why there aren't any freaking ponchos in Fallout games? Ever wonder why no one has modded any? It's super annoying. I'm actually getting worked up thinking about how this is as close as I can get. I ddin't actually make this, it was modeled by Calyps who I got permission from (via Tumblr. He/She is so cool. They were like "go for it". Awesome). The texture was originally made by Raven which i modified to have 16 colors. This was originally from the Skyrim mod, Fine Imperial Dress.

These are technically short cloaks, but just pretty they're ponchos. They are intended for female players, but I figure, why not make them for male characters. I can always do some extra textures later on down the road, better yet, someone else can if they can manage to get a hold of Calyps. I got lucky despite my username.

I highly recommend using a scarf and hood mod with these.



How to Obtain In-game
Craft it at a chem station under Utilities.
You need: Some Leather, Asbestos, Cloth, and Adhesive. I think...



Features
-Male and Female Support. Vanilla Female might work, it's untested.
-CBBE BodySlide Support
-Radiation resistence
-Change the color at an armor work bench. 16 freaking colors! Can you believe that? Tom Cruise don't even have that.
-Ugpgradable with Ballistic Weaves, Lining, and Legendary mods if you have the mod to add Legendary effects.
-Fitted to work with most bodysuits. If it's too small, I may make a bigger size. It uses the armor chest slot.


Instructions
-Write the name Jinxxed0 on a piece of paper
-Fold the paper
-Put the paper under your pillow forever
-Install with your favorite mod manager
-Use Bodyslide to fit it with your female body

A: You can do it in the CK, it's easy breh.

A: I swear guys, I'm not a modder. I just convert and tweak stuff and I managed to get permission for this one so I could fill a void of there not being a poncho mod. Maybe a real modder will see this and be like, "oh yeah. guess I'll make that". Modder, if you're reading this non-sense, do it pls.

Q: Are you gonna convert anything else and release it?
A: There's this one thing I've converted that I'd love to release, but the trouble is modders quit and leave zero ways contacting them. So I can never get permission. if there's like some type of way to get around that, I'd love to know. Like is there any kind of "Abandoned mod clause"?
