Any small mod I make is because I was playing the game and thought something was lame. lol. See photo to see the new build area. And no, not going to be spamming the nexus with every settlement extended. Just ones people ask for that are reasonable.

All scrappable items outside of original build area are now scrappable.

Simple mod. Didn't see one that simply stretched the border over the lake a bit to set up water purifiers. This is how the settlement should have been made. Also increased the build budget.

The visual border isn't perfect but is pretty close. The actual border (not visible) goes past it in a couple areas. The visible border is a mesh, not some auto border thing.

If you're wondering why some objects are highlightable but not scrappable its because there are mods that make extra things scrappable. I added these to be 'potentially' scrappable in case you have those mods installed.
